MARK FROEHLICH

Mark Froehlich is the chief financial officer at Vanguard Charitable where he oversees the nonprofit’s finance and operations functions. As a certified public accountant and experienced financial leader, Mark has sustained a nearly two-decade long connection to the nonprofit sphere. Most recently, Mark was the chief financial officer at the Philadelphia Foundation where he also worked as controller and director of finance during his six-year tenure. Prior to joining the Philadelphia Foundation, he was an accountant for the William Penn Foundation and CliftonLarsonAllen LLP.
