Shina Culberson is the President of Quist Valuation, bringing more than three decades of experience in business and securities valuation. She specializes in valuation engagements for corporate finance, financial reporting, and tax purposes, and has worked on thousands of engagements across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Quist, Ms. Culberson was an Equity Analyst where she provided security valuation and investment recommendations on public companies in the biotech, high-tech, and entertainment industries. Additionally, she served as a Director at Charles Schwab Investment Management where she managed the International Credit Research Team covering international financial institutions and emerging market Asia and Latin America sovereign investments.
As a CFA and CEPA, and as a Faculty Member with the Exit Planning Institute, Shina plays an active role in advancing how advisors approach valuation within Exit Planning. She works closely with advisors to help them strengthen their role as the trusted lead in client relationships while ensuring valuation decisions are grounded in sound methodology and real-world application.
Her focus remains consistent: bring clarity to valuation, support advisors in guiding their clients, and help drive better Exit Planning outcomes.
