Kristin Hill grew up in the South Shore area of South Dakota. She graduated from Waverly South Shore High School in 2013 and went on to earn a degree in Commodity Merchandising from Lake Area Technical College in 2016. Kristin has seven years of experience with Legacy Financial Partners.

Kristin holds her CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisors) enhancing her ability to engage business owners and have value-added conversations around growth and exit. As well, she holds CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠) designation, giving her specialized expertise in retirement planning strategies. She also holds the APMA® (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠) designation, which provides advanced training in portfolio construction, enhancement, and maintenance. In addition, she has earned the BFA™ (Behavioral Financial Advisor) designation, equipping her to help clients navigate the emotional and behavioral aspects of financial decision‑making.

Kristin lives in Watertown, South Dakota, with her husband, Dylan, and their two children, Bentley and Adeline. She loves spending time with her family, helping others, and tutoring. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, barrel racing, playing softball, and hiking.
