KATHLEEN PRITCHARD

Kathleen Pritchard has over 39 years of experience in the financial services industry and has spent the majority of her career providing advisors with innovative ways to look at their practice and client base. As the Head of Retail Practice Management for Manulife John Hancock Investments, she is responsible for the strategy, creation, development, implementation and delivery of practice management programs that support relationship development and client engagement across North America. Previously, she was a Partner in Purpose Consulting Group and the founder of KP Consulting where she developed and delivered transformational practice management and marketing strategy for financial services firms. Prior to working as a consultant, Kathleen was a Managing Director for Legg Mason Global Asset Management where she founded and led Legg Mason’s award-winning, value-added offering, The Advisor Partnership Program (TAPP)®, and was the Global Spokesperson at industry conferences and events across the United States and the UK. She also consulted with top advisors and teams in all distribution channels on topics such as branding their practices, client acquisition strategies, building elite teams, leveraging social media, longevity planning, and connecting with the next generation. Kathleen gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for Aging in America. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Turing Technology Associates, Inc..
