JONATHAN DANNEMILLER
As a Senior Consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Executive
Benefits practice, Jon partners to create executive benefits packages for
businesses. These include executive benefit carve-outs, non-qualified
retirement plans, business succession planning, and key-employee
arrangements. He has extensive experience with high-net-worth and ultra-
high-net-worth clients in the areas of executive benefits, business succession
planning, estate planning, and long-term care planning.
For over twenty years, Jon has been working with advisors and their clients
using a consultative approach to implement risk management strategies. Jon
holds the Accredited Estate Planner designation from the National
Association of Estate Planners and Councils. He also earned his Chartered
Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Advisor for
Senior Living designations from the American College. He was awarded the
Certified Exit Planning Advisor Designation from the Exit Planning Institute.
Jon graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame
and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He is a board member and
past President of the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council. A recent semi-
empty-nester, Jon is looking to spend more time playing pickleball and golf,
while still taking time to visit his three children who are currently in college at
Ohio State, Centre College, and Miami University, respectively.
