By combining my experience in buying and selling businesses I’ve owned, which led to my interest in attaining my CEPA certification, along with extensive executive coaching education and experience, I can provide the insight, depth, and expertise you need to achieve your goals.

I’ve walked in the shoes of a CEO for many years, through both good times and tough challenges. I know what it takes to lead a difficult team and have successfully transformed diverse groups into high-performance units.
