Ashli is a Founding Partner and CEO of Structiv and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over three decades of experience leading and scaling small to mid-sized technology companies.
She has built and exited multiple businesses, including one transaction with private equity and another with a family office. Ashli’s early career was focused on the buy-side, including 28 founder-led purchases.
