Taking a moment to introduce myself! I’m Amy Morin, a Certified EOS Implementer, Outgrow Sales Advisor, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA)—I know, quite the mouthful! But at my core, I’m just someone who’s passionate about helping business owners transform their companies into thriving, scalable, and sellable assets.

My journey has been anything but boring. I co-founded and grew a company from $0 to $40M in revenue across multiple states before successfully exiting. Then, for a new challenge, I bought a struggling Montana fly-fishing resort. With the right systems, processes, and accountability in place, I turned it around, boosted profitability, and set it up for another successful exit.

I don’t just talk about business growth—I’ve lived it. My mission is to help entrepreneurs get unstuck, build structure, and create long-term value so their businesses don’t just survive but truly thrive.
